Board

The board of the association in the sense of § 26 BGB consists of the scientific director of the institute, the commercial director, and up to three other scientific board members. The Scientific Directorate and the Commercial Directorate jointly represent the Association in and out of court. The deputization is regulated in the rules of procedure. The Board of Directors conducts the business of the Institute within the framework of these Statutes and in compliance with the resolutions of the General Meeting and the Board of Curators, as well as in compliance with the program budget.
